The Ladies' Captain, Mary Stevenson and the Club Captain, Tony Innes, will be combining forces to raise money for charity during their year of office.

The common cause is the Cancer Research Unit at the University of East Anglia (UEA) which is carrying out world class, ground-breaking research into the early diagnosis and treatment of  Prostate Cancer and Leukaemia but is struggling for funding.

Many at the Club have been affected, or close to someone who has been affected, by these illnesses so we hope you will join us in helping to raise money to support this important work.

We made a good start by raising just over £400 at our respective Drive-ins so thank you to all who turned up and gave your support.

The two cross bunkers on the18th fairway proved to be a very popular visiting place last year so we will be keeping them as our Charity Bunkers.

We wish you all a happy and healthy next twelve months with plenty of enjoyable golf.
