Teams of 4 - Texas Scramble.

Shotgun start at 1pm.

Teams will be comprised of one member of the British Golf Collectors' Society and three Thorpeness members.  The teams may be mixed or single sex.

Cost: The cost has been set at £25 per person, payable in advance by BACS to Thorpeness Golf Club; sort code: 40-40-20; account number 11034618; reference: HCC + your initial and surname.

This will include prizes for the first 3 teams.

Prizes of a restored Hickory Putter for nearest the pin on the 2nd (Men) and 16th (Ladies).

One course meal at 6pm in the dining room - choice of five dishes as follows:

1. Grilled Cajun Chicken Fillet;
2. Salmon Wellington;
3. Curried Chicken;
4. Cauliflower Roulade; or
5. Ham, Egg and chips

Each Thorpeness member will be provided with a set of Hickory Clubs; small wooden tees; a bag; umbrella; and towel. The hire cost will be settled from the Centenary Fund and Thorpeness members will not have to pay anything to hire the vintage equipment.

Play with soft golf balls is compulsory.  These will be provided free of charge, though members may if they wish make a donation to the Joint Captains' Charities.

Period golf dress is encouraged.
